Dr. Kimberley O’Brien is a Naturopathic Doctor in Calgary, Alberta. She provides proactive, science-based healthcare for her patients and takes the time required to understand each patient and their health concerns. By identifying and treating the underlying cause of her patient’s symptoms, she is able to provide them with comprehensive and long-lasting solutionsto restore their health.
Dr. Kimberley treats most health conditions, but has an expertise in digestive disorders, fatigue, women’s health, fertility and hormone balancing.
Dr. Kimberley graduated with first class standing from the University of Alberta with a“Bachelor of Science – Honours in Neuroscience”. Through a strong desire to help others to overcome illness and improve their health, she completed a rigorous four-year program and earned her “Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine” from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia. Dr. Kimberley has completed additional training to become a certified “Bowen Health Therapist” and has pharmaceutical prescription rights within the province of British Columbia.
In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Kimberley is the pharmacology instructor at the “Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. She is also the naturopathic medical expert for “Elan Performance” in Calgary.
Dr. Kimberley is passionate about educating others in regards to health, wellness and personal development. She is the founder of Healthy Life Redesign, through which she shares her expertise in natural health and her delicious culinary creations, all of which are dairy and gluten-free! Dr. Kimberley is also the creator of the Elimination Diet Meal Plan online program, which enables people to personalize their diet and transform their health by identifying their food sensitivities. Her mission is to help you own your health and live a life you love!
